Every project gets a fixed price – no hourly billing, no surprises. Smaller automations start at €2,500; most projects are between €5,000 and €25,000. You get the exact price in a clear proposal after the free growth call.

For companies, agencies, coaches and service providers from around 5 employees or roughly €20,000 in monthly revenue that have recurring processes – enquiries, quotes, onboarding, reporting, sales. If you are doing these things manually today, a conversation is worth it.

First automations are usually live in production within 2–3 weeks. Larger systems (e.g. AI lead generation with CRM integration) take 4–8 weeks. You get weekly updates and a working product – not slides.

We work tool-independently: Make, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, MailerLite, Cloudflare – and the best AI models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google for each job. What matters is what runs reliably in your business and can be operated in a GDPR-compliant way.

Yes. For every system we pay attention to data minimisation, data processing agreements with the providers we use and – where necessary – EU hosting. Data protection is part of the scope, not an afterthought.

No. We build, test and document everything. On request we train your team in a workshop so you can develop the systems further yourselves.

You receive full documentation and all accounts – the systems belong to you. Optionally, we take over monitoring, optimisation and further development in a monthly care plan.

We are based in Barleben near Magdeburg and work with clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland – almost everything runs remotely. On-site workshops are available on request.
