Over 35 years in technology and entrepreneurship: Wencke started in 1989 as a software and hardware developer for medical practices, rebuilt the world's largest institute for holistic nutrition into an online platform in New York (COO, Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and founded Vinca Health in Los Angeles and San Francisco – digital health and prevention for CEOs, celebrities and Oscar, Tony and Grammy winners.
As co-founder of Business Mastery she taught online marketing and sales to more than 20,000 women entrepreneurs. At Healy World she led the global digital academy in 19 languages – with automation, AI and data-driven personalisation. As Head of Marketing of an AR/VR scale-up she built CRM and AI-driven marketing automation and grew organic traffic by 45 %.
Today she is Chief Operating Officer and Chief AI Officer of ETERRA AG (Switzerland), a longevity real-estate platform where AI, clinical prevention, hospitality and capital meet – and founder of Business Codexx, advising founders and investors on AI-driven growth and investor-ready systems.
